For help, a wrong result, or a part whose specs look out of date, contact the support contact (to be added).

Please include the parts list and the rule ID (for example K01) the question is about. Don't send personal details: RigBuild doesn't need them.

Common questions

• Why UNVERIFIED? The manufacturer doesn't publish a spec the rule needs, or the part isn't in the catalogue and its specs weren't supplied. The rule won't guess.
• What does "on supplied specs, unverified" mean? At least one part was checked using specs the assistant passed in, not a catalogue record. Check those specs against the manufacturer's page.
• Why no prices? RigBuild only checks compatibility. Use your assistant's own shopping or search for prices.
• How current are the rules? Each answer shows rules_as_of and warns once the rules are past their review date.
